Hi could someone look at my design and tell me if it can be vectored so I can print it on transfer paper and apply to a shirt for my Papa. He used to haul chickens and the shirt he has is very worn out.I would really appreciate someones help.Thank you in advance:D
You don't need to vectorize it to print it onto transfer paper. Just get the image big enough to print, mirror it, and print it on an inkjet printer, press it on and you're good to go. I'm assuming you have software like adobe illustrator, photoshop, or coreldraw.

My problem is it's to small to enlarge thats why I thought vectoring???? Thanks for the advise.

you can recreate the circle part since its a simple circle, text and stars.

the image in the middle you can try and hand trace it or find some one to hand trace it

you can try vector magic.. remove the white background, remove the circle and enlarge the image in the middle a little more than run it through

Best bet send out to a place like fix bad art. There several on the internet if u just google. Like mentioned above its really not very expensive and saves u a lot o time. Other than that it would be a combo of vectorizing and redrawing and retype fonts vs vector trace.

Just how big do you want it? I blew it up by 300% with no loss in quality..

I found a program called SmillaEnlarge, its freeware, for enlarging bitmaps its all I use, blows PS and AI out of the water (even after vectorizing)

Your original image quaility is quite low, converting to vector won't help fill in the missing bits or restore colour info, I would probably just spend half an hour recreating the thing from scratch in AI. If you want a big copy of this image just PM me, ill send it through but its a large file, like I say quality is not improved its just bigger.
