With the back ground?

Sent from my ADR6425LVW using Tapatalk 2
no back ground ,just the angel flight image,
you might want to send this out....because the creases in the car/van will make vectorizing a bit harder...as this looks like a photo without a very high resolution
You need to send it to a graphic designer to have it done right
yeah it's on a huey UH-1b helicopter,it's kinda hard to do it with the bezel tool
Reconstruct in Illustrator, nothing special about the logo that Illustrator couldn't knock out
Yes, this is definitely do-able! The font looks like eurostile and the taller lettering is eurostile stretched out of proportion. Look up "staff of Asclepius" on google to get a better image of the snake/staff and everything else can be drawn in half and then mirror imaged. Good luck!
Luis,

It's been awhile since I've drawn anything in vector and I was awake anyway! Let me know if you can't open it. I saved it in ai.

Font is bank gothic, definitely not eurostile
Thanks, good tips, symmetrical images are much easier when built in half then duplicated and mirrored.
Send it to the expert designer or use any vector tool....

I was going to record it, but it was late and everyone was sleeping. Here is a video I did some time ago on vectorizing:

Adobe freehand I think (used to be macromedia)
@jerilhill,i just got freehand mx 11 ,now to download your vedios on ot ,thanks a million ,i'm definately gonna use freehand instead of corel for vectorizing, thank you thank you:)
Thanks, I appreciate the kind words.

Unfortunately, FreeHand was no longer developed after 2004. It's pretty much dead and Adobe bought it from Macromedia so they could get their hands on Flash. It was a competitive product so they killed it. They still sell it, but there are bugs in it they will never fix and they don't want to develop it any further.

Here is my order of vector software based on intuitiveness and ease of use.

1. (Adobe) FreeHand MX
2. CorelDraw
3. Illustrator

I've used FreeHand since 1993, at that time it was owned by Aldus. I did try to convert over to other programs, but FreeHand, even as old as it is, still does a great job.

Adobe Illustrators newer Creative Suites (CS) have made incredible advances and their "Live trace" is pretty powerful. However most people look for open source, or FREE software. Here's one that should still be free and is comparable to Live Trace.

Inkscape. Draw Freely.
