I got my VRS yesterday and got it put together (no thanks to the vague directions lol) and I want to set the bump stops for my screens but I am unsure if I am doing it right. Anyone out there that can help me out?

The sets on the A unit and the B unit just center the frame over the grids. One is on the bottom (A unit), the other on the top (B Unit). They set to center the frame over the grid on the A unit, and act as reverse image to center over the pallet on the b unit.

Will this attach to the ryonet silver press?

The Vastex VRS will work on just about any press with a platen(<---) so yes the silverpress. Although if I spend more time up front with alignment I get a few perfect screens but usually some small micro the time it has saved was worth it for me.

I just ordered the VRS for manual press system, quick question at what point do you adjust the offset ? before or after using the platen jig ? It seems if you were to do this after, the artwork would be that much more outof registration. Any advice and tips would be great! Thanks

I would set your off contact on a pallet without the platen jig on it because you don't want to register it with the extra height from the jig.

not to get of topic. but what is the main difference between the vrs and the vrs lite.

The full system has a separate pallet jig and registration board, can use up to 23"x31" screens and put it on 14" to 21" wide pallets. The Lite is all in one, your max screen size would be 21"x24" and it will only go on 14" to 17" wide pallets.
