I am looking at adding a inexpensive cutter to my fledgling shop the problem is that I just learned to understand screenprinting somewhat and vinyl cutters are confusing me. I am looking at all value cutters because I have no plans to do very many commercial signs. One is the Vinyl Express R-19 from signwarehouse. Also the MH series from US cutter. Finally is the ProCut CR630. Please give me some insight on what I am looking for out of these and if any has one of these please give me your impressions.

USCutters make really descent "value" cutters and they stand behind their products. I had my first 1 for a year then my computer shorted it out, not the cutters fault.Then I got a different "cheap" cutter, it didn't work when I got it, even after 2 days of the so called technical support. Thus back to US cutter and have had no problems! Ceck eBay though, USCutter is usually cheaper on eBay than on their website.

I've been hearing good things about the GCC Expert 24. Check Imprintables Warehouse, they offer the forums discount also.
