I wonder if I assembled this thing wrong. Just started using it, and seems to be ok otherwise...

The screen stay up with 20x24 inch screens, but with 23x31 they just flop back down.

I don't really see anything to tighten that relates to the springs.

Thanks
JM

Going to a bar is never a bad idea,
We started using 23”x31” with our first manual. I think they’re too big and unnecessary and on our manual we use mostly 18”x20 Newman’s or 20”x24” static
20x24 will be great for shirts. I was planning on the larger screens for printing posters.

Somehow in all the back and forth in quotes over what to order the HD heads got dropped. I didn't catch it.

I’ve had some wooden 20x24 screens that wouldn’t reliably stay up when loaded with ink and squeegee. I used a bungee strap wrapped around micro knobs to get through the job. My aluminum frames don’t have the issue. (I use only statics)

I know it has been a couple weeks, but your V-1000 should hold up aluminum framed 23x31 screens if you move the springs to the upper position on the head. Shoot me an email if there is anything I can do to help.
