Good day to all masters: pls help me I'm new to screen printing. I have a UV exposure unit with vaccum.. what is the best time to expose, the distance from the glass to light is around 5.5"

Your question is not complete. There are too many variables.. Type of emulsion. There are many types of exposure bulbs is a florescent unit. Its best to start with manufactures recommendations and do a step test.

If during wash out emulsion blows out-washed out even the image area. Longer exposure is needed. If the emulsion doesn't wash out less exposure time.
