No.UV inks formulated for vinyl do not work on nylon bags. UV inks are a skin irritant so don't use them on any fabric that comes in contact with skin. The nylon bags typically also have a waterproof coating sprayed on them...it rejects most inks as well as water. You need to use heat-set plastisol with 10% Nylobond catalyst added to it. Dry them at 300f for two minutes thru a conveyor dryer with good air flow.
