Hi
Anyone know the law on using someones face on a T-shirt, good or bad please?
Thanks
Not a simple answer, I presume you mean for sale. Includes factors such as public (celebrity) or private person, expectation of privacy... I recommend trying the google machine. Laws may differ in UK than US. First article I found (USA):
Using the Name or Likeness of Another | Digital Media Law Project

Generally I'd say avoid, unless maybe it's a random crowd shot and you're the photographer.

There is a nice example in the freedom of expression part.
a magazine article featuring the plaintiff as "Asshole of the Month," with a photograph of the plaintiff superimposed over the rear-end of a bent-over naked man;
Here is the first example found by google search.

Sorry Trump supporters. I have nothing against the man... blame Google :).
Anyway... this is perfectly legal, in most western countries at least.
Just make sure you own the copyright or have permission to use the photo of the donkey.
