Using (Mutiple Light Soure) Eposure Unit for Halftones

I'm in the process burning halftone designs with a (Multiple Light Source) exposure unit. Can I acheive good results with this unit? I will eventully graduate to a point light table unit but I'm just starting out. Thanks
