I bought the heat press from ProWorld which is the 15X15 HEAT PRESS MP998. It has been working great up until the last two times I used it. I'm using JPSS and just as you say to use it on your site. Here is a photo to show you what is happening. See the top? It isn't transferring on the top. I am making sure the collar is not interfering with the pressure it is getting. Help? :)

Thanks!
I'm using an Epson CX9400.
I don't know if you can balance these presses.

Mailman,
I think I'm taking the paper off the same way as I always have but I'll be sure to check that.

Thanks for the video and I'll check that too.

GHEENEE1,
I contacted ProWorld. Waiting to hear from them again. I have a thermometer and will have to test it but not sure what to do if it isn't the same all over.

this is me,
I did that paper test and the front left and the back right papers come out easily and the other two don't move. What does that mean?

I would increase the pressure on the press. Also use a lint roller and pull all loose fibers off the shirt then pre press for a good 8 seconds before pressing. Try that.

Twanabee,
I have the pressure as tight as I can possibly close it. I will try the other two suggestions. :)
Thanks,
Susie

Susie. Is this happening with more than one design or just the design that you have attached? Have you tried turning the design upside down to see if if the problem is occurring in the same place on the design (top of helmet) or the same place on the press?

Mike, ProWorld has emailed me several times and asked me to call them if I need to. :)

Ed, Yesterday I found time to test how hot the press was and it is a tad cooler in spots but nothing that would cause any problem. At least I don't think so. I cleaned the press too.
It always does it in the very same place on each design. I will be checking more things later this morning.
THanks,
Susie
