I am trying to put together a user agreement for an online store that we are running.
What are the basic ideas behind one? What should be included, what isn't necessary.
Most I have looked at are filled with a lot of legal mumbo jumbo. Is this necessary?
ex:
If its personalized.. you can't return it.
Pay attention to closing dates, only two weeks to return if something is wrong, etc. etc.
What do you use?
Any help, ideas, goofyness and criticisms accepted.
