USA "cut & sew" custom manufacturers?

Hello all I posted this in another part of the forum, but I didn't think it really fit, so here it goes again.

I'm starting my own line of printed clothing, and buying wholesale shirts to print on, but I also want to sell non-printed t-shirts as well... which would mean having to find a manufacturer to make custom garments.

Does anybody know of any cheap priced/good quality "cut & sew" manufacturers in the USA?
