Hello all I'm starting my own line of printed clothing, and buying wholesale shirts to print on, but I also want to sell non-printed t-shirts as well... which would mean having to find a manufacturer to make custom garments.

Does anybody know of any cheap priced/good quality "cut & sew" manufacturers in the USA?

None in USA that I would call cheap.Cheap will get you in the end anyway.
Go higher quality and ask for more money.
In UK $40 is nothing for a t-shirt in USA everyone thinks $20 is high, its a mindset I suppose.

Aim high always.
