Urgently need someone who can dtg or screen print with no minimum orders

Hello, I'm currently living in Melbourne and I urgently need someone who is available to print on higher quality t-shirts as well as supplying them. I'm not asking for JB or Gildan, preferably ASColour or better. If you provide a labelling service, that's a plus. If not, I would want to seek for clothing that don't have tags, so that you can print inside behind the neck side.
