Urgent question about epson1400 cis

For the past week I've read many post about this wonderful tshirt printing business. I know everything is a process and thing will take time but I m ready to takle this head on. Having said that....

I purchased an epson 1400, and would like to know out of all the cis out there which one is more economical and get the job done. Also once you buy a cis from a company do you also have to use the ink that they make?.. Which ink is best pigment or

I understand many have asked similar questions, but the post I've come across are a little older...
