Do you know what brand paper you are using?

Urgent help !! New to sublimation
hello guys well i recently bought the 2d heat press machine its name is
cuyi"A4" and i got the epson l85 printer plus the mug machine ... the supplier gave me wrong info about the sublimation products regarding the temperature and time
i need your help guys i have :
mugs and changing mugs
rock slate
wood mdf 20cms x 20cms
key chain mdf
puzzle
glasss
tshirts
i need please to know the way i should place the rock plate face or back
i tried putting it on the back for 600 secs and i got a good result
white t-shirts is different in timing then the black or dark ones ?!
i didnt try the glass yet .. please help me thanks alot

i dont know the brand paper all what i know about is thati have 3 kinds of paper one for white tshirt , another for black and dark ones glossy , the third one i use it for everything elseDo you know what brand paper you are using?
You can't sublimate black/dark t-shirts. Sublimation only works on white/light.
Sublimation paper is all-purpose. You wouldn't have 3 different sublimation papers normally.
Sounds like you may not be using sublimation inks. You should contact your supplier and get the correct settings for each paper. Also confirm the type of ink you bought.
