Hi

Good site - easy to find your way around and there is nothing confusing or really distracting.
One thing that was weird on my system is that the home page (flash image) took a long time to load (maybe just my system), but most people won't hang around to see what you have there and as your first impression you might have a lot of people bounce from the site if they don't see an image there. Might want to optimise and rather just use static images to improve loading times.

Visually, I didn't really like the hard black on white - I found that too stark. Others might like the red, white, black theme though, which is what I think you are going for and which is a repeating theme in your shirts as well (good idea).
