Hello all, I'm doing a fairly easy job using red scarlet union maxopake ink on a Gildan 5000 black shirt. I know I'm probably better off using a 110 mesh screen but can I get away with a 156 mesh since my son has already exposed it? Plus will a print flash print be fine? Red is my only color. Thanks for any help.

If you do it just right it is.


It's tough to say what will or won't work since everyone's equipment and technique are different, but if it's already on screen, the only thing you might be out for trying is the time to clean the ink out.

Maxopake covers pretty well with p/f/p using 156... that is probably the same thing that I would do. The logo makes a difference also.
