Unhappy clients with screen printers in Australia

I am a new member, so be patient with me.
Finding a good screen printer or supplier who provides good customer service need not be all that hard. Networking like we are here, usually delivers the goods. Stay up to date with trade organisations as they can provide access to reliable and passionate printers and suppliers of screen/digital printing.
With the advancements in digital printing technology (and relatively low capital investment upon startup) this can potentially leave the trade wide open to inexperienced suppliers and producers.
