I have been trying for awhile to get someone @ Unetee.com to respond to my enquiry.

Emails go unanswered, no replies to contact forms..
sat on-hold for almost 30minutes on their "live Chat" option..
No phone# on site. Are they a formidable company?

Trying to establish a wholesale account with them.

I've never done business with them before, but if they are that hard to contact for a simple inquiry, just imagine how difficult it would be to get ahold of them to fix a problem with an order.

I'd also like to point out that if their emails and contact form go through MS Outlook it could take months before your email or contact form ever reaches them. I have sent numerous emails from "contact us" forms and it took nearly 8 months to get a response. Sadly the people responded immediately to my inquiries but it took them months to get them in the first place. One was to my bank about a password that wasn't working. By the time they got and responded to my email, I had already taken care of the issue in person!
