unable to reduce white underbase percentage in Print Pro DTG M-Series

ok so im using Print Pro DTG M-Series and i want to reduce the amount of white underbase from 100 to 50 but whenever i change the settings i see no difference in the print. are there any users familiar with this programme that can explain to me what im doing wrong?
