I just purchased accurip and did the initial setup, now I am unable to open it. I have uninstalled it and re-installed with no luck. I double click on the application and does nothing.

I am running on PC with windows 8. I have gone to the website for assistance but have found no link that addresses this issue.

Anyone else having or had this issue?
