ULANO QTX vs. TZ DIAZO Emulsion

I accidently bought Ulano QTZ (the pink pre-sensitized emulsion) instead of my regular TZ (the green must be mixed with diazo emulsion). I've used different kinds of emulsions from different companies before but the Ulano TZ is by far the easiest to use and most important to me- easiest to reclaim. I use the Ulano screen reclaimer to reclaim and the emulsion literally melts right off after just a few sprays. I'm hoping the Ulano QTZ will work as nice if not better but I want to ask your thoughts before I apply it to my new screens. Concerned about exposing time, washing out, and of course reclaiming. I would have exchanged for the TZ but cost to ship back is high. Advice on this pink emulsion?

I use Ulano QTX. I love the stuff. It is easy to reclaim as well. Just spray on let sit for a couple of minutes and wash it out. I use a 500 watt halogen to burn screens. I burn for 9 to 12 minutes depending on the type of mesh.

Ulano QTX is a very fast SBQ sensitized plastisol emulsion that doesn't change color as you expose it. NOT water resistant.

Ulano TZ is 33% solids water resistant emulsion that's actually blue until you add diazo sensitizer that turns it green in white light. It's near the bottom of suggested water resistant emulsions. Ulano hasn't changed the page I created where I listed water resistant emulsions in order or water resistance.

All reclaiming with screen printing stencil removers is based on 'breaking' sensitizer cross-links the prevents the stencil from dissolving with water. Under exposed stencils don't have as many cross-links to break. Almost any stencil that is completely exposed/hardened/cured will reclaim easily.
