First I'd coat at least 2 and 1. What is your definition of a long time. Sounds like you are under exposed when the screen is getting "blown out".
Ulano QT-Discharge problem

I'm having some big problems while trying to get my stencil.. I currently have been using my DIY exposure unit that has a 500w halogen light at 35 inches approximately.
I've exposed for 13 minutes and if I wash for a long time, the emulsion will start breaking down.. Is that overexposure or underexposure? Oh, the emulsion is Ulano QT-Discharge and I'm doing 1 coat on each side.

It starts to blow out after about 10min, and i'm not even using a pressure washer. Just using a hose with pretty much no pressure.First I'd coat at least 2 and 1. What is your definition of a long time. Sounds like you are under exposed when the screen is getting "blown out".
Coat 2 on the inside and 1 on the outside?
