At the moment I'm most likely to go for Fruit Of The Loom (I've tried several different tees and I think I prefer the cut). So if anyone knows of a reliable, cheap supplier of these then let me know.

Would also be interested to hear about suppliers of Hanes, Jerzees, AAA etc etc

UKLeisurewear, Ralawise for a start. Try Starworld, cheaper and better than FOTL in my opinion. Jerzees silvber label very good, Hanes nice but pricey, AAA difficult to get hold of and maintain stocks, expensive but very nice. FOTL Super premium is a nice shirt.

The Gildan shirts here in Canada are great, well made etc.
Are they not available in the UK ?

Here in Toronto Canada, it's easy to buy Gildan, AAA has a monster warehouse, and American Apparel you get it the next day from Montreal.

Brands like fruit and hanes are not the choice since peeps see them at Wal-mark etc. and dont want their logos on such because of price comparison sales draw backs......

Gildans are available here, many suppliers find them a little too hard. They are well sized although the latest ladies 2000 is absolutely huge!

May be they are different than the Canada Gildan.

for example: the fruit t-shirts do NOT have top stitching on the crew neck line and are longer (more of a girls type t-shirt), where the Gildan has the neck top stitch and are shorter (more athletic look).

do Gildan/Fruit have neck-top-stitch there ?

Yeah, I've checked out Gildan but not sure I like the fit. Hanes are outside my budget, sadly.

I've got a handful of tees here that I'm wearing on a daily basis. FOTL super premium is definitely my favourite so far. I've got a 4 year old AAA tee that's still in fantastic condition so I was leaning towards them until i found out they'd changed the cut. It now seems to be a good few inches longer in the body, which I don't like so much.

So, yeah, cheapest UK FOTL suppliers is what I'm after, I reckon....
