Hi,
TShirt relabeling is a bit of a new area for me but ive got a large order for a festival and they want their own tags in them.
Whats the usual procedure with getting tshirts relabeled? Print them and send them off or get the blanks done first (and risk wastage on even more expensive garments)?
Where do people get them printed?
Any good contacts for getting the labels removed and sewn in?
What sort of price am I looking at?
Cheers Very much

I would definitely recommend getting them printed before getting them relabeled as wastage on the printing side will mean you've also wasted a label!

Have sent you a PM in respect of a contact and cost is usually dependant upon quantity here as far as the relabelling is concerned. I've heard of of people asking as much as £1.50 per piece!!! But realistically depending on how you want the label to appear it shoudn't cost anymore than £0.40 pence.

Hope that helps in some shape or form...

Hi Fov,

We print up first and then go for relabelling. Pricing varies dependent on the shirts being used and the spec, we would generally charge 60p per label, this if for cutting out the old label and stitching the new labels down on top of the neck tape. Higher pricing for un picking the stitching and inserting the new label under the seam. We would quote specifically for any high volume.

Hope this helps,
Billy

Depending on your order most factories that relable also will do the prints for you. This quarantees that if one gets messed up, they will just redo it to meet your order quantity. Im sending you a PM to help you out.

Thanks Chris but we do our own printing so it would be silly to pay another printers margins on printing and garment when we can do that, plus we can then guarantee the tshirt and printing to our standard.

Hi,

Hope you’re well.
I saw your comment on the forum regarding re-labelling service. I'd like to request for a quote please.
Sewing of 246 labels (123 of logo labels and 123 of washing labels) on 123 items
Do you also produce woven labels?

Many thanks,

Lesley

Many thanks
