There is a website Vector Magic that does a good job on simple artwork. If its too complex for that I can usually redraw an image in one hour. I charge $85 per hour. Fell free to PM me if you need anything.

copyartwork.com - 24hr turn around - 14-18 dollars depending on complexity. They also do color seps and digitizing. Good luck
