Two different sets of directions for stock transfers? & Wrong instructions included with transfers

I have my own custom made transfers but decided
to add some of Pro Worlds stock transfers to the
mix.

I received my first initial test order of 4 different designs
so I didn't get a sealed package of with the heat pressing instructions
(time / temp) for all of them.

I had two sets of directions included and later went
back to the website to click on the application instructions
after having problems with the transfers.

I found that there is some confusion about the correct temperatures.

Example

Hot Peel instructions included with order

Temp 390 - 400

Pressure no less that 40 psi

Close and lock iron for 10 secods

Peel Hot.

Instructions on website after clicking on same transfer.

Hot Peel Transfers

  1. Set temperature at 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Set pressure at medium.
  3. Print 10-12 seconds.
  4. Peel immediately while hot, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.
-----------------------------------------------

Any idea why they have two different temperatures
and which one should I be using?

Another question.

The directions that came with the Fleur De Lis Item #: A5288F
image had Warm Peel directions that required
peeling the transfer after a few seconds of
pressing. These directions were INSIDE the
plastic with this design.

After checking the Pro World website the directions
on the site say that this is a COLD PEEL design.

Cold Peel Transfers

  1. Set temperature at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Set pressure at medium.
  3. Print for 12 seconds.
  4. Rub surface with eraser or cloth.
  5. Allow to cool completely/peel cold.
  6. Pull transfer paper from side to side or top to bottom in an even sweeping motion.
Now I know why the transfer kept coming up with the paper each time.

I am glad that I found this out after thinking it was
me and I was ruining transfers and T-shirts this afternoon.

Can you here me say ARGGGGGGGGGgHHHHH!

Here are the directions that came with my first
stock transfer order.

I only ordered four different stock transfers and three of
them required Hot Peel transfers.

You can see the Warm Peel instructions that
I received with what actually required COLD PEEL
instructions causing the designs not to stick and
the aggravation.

UPDATE !

I sent an email to Pro-World about the confusion
and as always they replied quickly.

The email said they were updating the instructions
on the product and are sending me replacements.

I have to say that they do have great customer
service and that is why I orignally ordered my
16x20 maxx press from them.

Thanks Linda !:):)
