It is a mailbox rental company. I'm (probably) going to do the same (use my mailbox location as my address) for my business because we bought a house and I want to mask my address

Yeah. People even do it for personal mail. For example if you had a roommate then you could tell them get their own mailbox at the post office so they don't clutter your mailbox. Or if you wanted to order secret weird stuff and didn't want your family knowing lol. Or if you live in a rural area and it is too far for them to deliver regularly you can just rent a government post office box and then go there. This particular place though is a private mailbox rental place. Also common!
