Would you suggest to use heat transfer papers on uniforms like bowling uniform, P.E uniform etc?

Do you mean like an inkjet paper? I would rather go with a Cad Cut film material.

If your uniforms are White or light in color, you could use inkjet paper, but I have yet to see a really good paper for darks.
