I can't get my dtg working, here are some of the symtoms. 1. The rip ware works up until it goes to the printer and then a"Printer not connected" warning comes up. 2. Everytime that I load the flatbed, the dtg starts to clean the head or charge the head or something like that and then the error eject light starts flashing and that's about the time my computer says that it can't conect to the printer. if anyone knows what going on . please help.

Starting multiple posts without first answering all the questions in your previous posts will not help you.

There are tons of us that are willing to help, but we need more complete details. Can you shoot a video of the complete sequence and post it to YouTube? This will help us see exactly what is happening.

Have you downloaded the manual as previuosly suggested? It has some troubleshooting tips. Have you checked for burn marks on the ends of the ribbon cable running from the head to one of the control boards? Harry suggested this, and he is certainly one of the most knowledgeable people on the planet with regards to the 2200 based units.

Answer some of these questions and you might get somewhere with your issue.
