I am trying to make a mock-up of my design on a shirt to put on my website. I am exporting the whole "image" and saving as a JPG but the design is just coming out crummy. The wording is not even readable. The e-commerce site i'm using only allows 150kb per picture upload. There for I have to size to fit this requirement. Could this be why the design looks horrible once I upload it to my site? Is there anything I can do to make the design look more clear??

Try this. Open Corel Capture and capture your image off the screen. I save to Corel Photopaint to do any crop or edit, but it will yield a good usable jpg at 96dpi. (you can also save to the Clipboard and open it in Photoshop if that's your preference.

I figured out the Capture...but then how do I open/save to PhotoPaint?

Unfortunately, in my opinion, it doesn't rescale. I have to make sure to keep it under 150kb and get it exact to be able to upload the pics. Very time consuming!

Resample it in Corel Photopaint or Photoshop. You can change the resolution down to 72 also. I have a program that further reduces the size of a .jpg without losing quality. I think it is called Super JPG Compressor and is great for reducing the size to fall within restricted limits without losing your quality.

Here is one I did in X3, today.
Started at over 9mb saved as 147kb jpg.

See attached for steps.
probably a bit big for website image, but you get the idea.

Use compression slider to get the file size to what you want, not image size.

Good example Steve. This process is for conversion of a vector to bitmap in Draw and it works well. Thanks for taking time to post that.
