Troubleshooting a Maxx Press

I have a 15x15 Maxx Press that has worked perfectly for 9 years on the same electrical supply. YEsterday, I turned it on, the usual 200 degrees showed on the screen for about 30-45 seconds then it flashed to a 4 then back and forth several times between the 200 and the 4 then off. I moved the machine to another outlet, and tried another power cord, same results. I called Stahls and was told the power switch needed to be replaced since the lighted switch was going off each time the screen flashed. Changed power switch today, same issue. IT is Saturday so cannot call tech support back, was hoping someone here could impart some wisdom...
