Hi. I have been using Photo Image Clip Laser for light fabric for years. I've never had a problem. Lately, when I peel the transfers, I have peeling polymer left on the shirt. It's like part stays on the shirt and part stays with the sheet that you discard. If I showed you the discarded sheet, there would be spotty areas that have no color there. Like something stuck to the shirt that shouldn't. Does that make sense? All of my toner and drum life looks good. Any ideas what might be going on?

It sounds like you have a bad batch. Can you post pictures? Have you contacted your vendor or Neenah?
