We have a AIP 24" vinyl cutter and are using Flexi Starter 8. We want to use it mainly for names and numbers on t-shirts, but we can't get the cutter to cut the letters or numbers correctly. Some letters come out in weird shapes...the vinyl doesn't get cut all the way through. We have adjusted the cutting pressure, etc....to no avail. Help???

Make sure that your blade is sticking out of the holder about 1/2 the thickness of a business card. If it's not out enough, too much pressure will not allow the vinyl to move causing your weird cutting.

It is difficult to say as I have not worked with your cutter. I would cut a square, make note of how rounded or flared out the corners are, and then adjust your offset either up or down by a little bit. I would then cut the square again and repeat this process until you have a perfect looking square.
