I just tried to print some tees using Union Ink Maxopake Neon Purple ink...the ink was by far the thickest, toughest plastisol I've ever seen..imagine the thickest white plastisol & multiply it by 2 or 3!!

I know that you must stir/mix the ink because it gets easier to work with when it's mixed but I mixed and stirred for a good 20 minutes and it was still very very thick.
It did go through the 156 mesh but some spots were "blotchy" after the 2nd pass.

I hit, flash, hit and kept getting the same results you can see in the picture-

Another issue is when I went to clean the screen a couple small spots seem to be "stuck" and won't come out. I used screen wash and the orange heavy-duty stuff from Ryonet and still no luck.
I re-claimed the screen but there's still a few parts that are blocked.
This ink was a nightmare...but it is a great-looking color.

Any help & suggestions are appreciated.

Sounds like some pretty tough ink..not a huge fan of union inks but I use them since that what the shop buys. Try putting some in a mixing container add just a touch of curable reducer that should soft it up a little.

not sure about the stuff sticking in the screen but going by the looks of the pic I'd thin the hell out of the ink. I had the same problem with some whit ink I was realy messing me up looked just like your pic all blotchy especialy "down the center" of the print, I thinned the ink (allot) and went with a couple light passes and that solved my problem...hope that helps you too....
