Hi,
I have Sign-Cut X2 and am trying to set it up on my Rabbit 720. I have used artcut software but frankly its absolute garbage. I used it for about 6 months and today it just decided not to work anymore and keeps asking me to insert the CD. But when I do, it still refuses to work. Which is why i finally purchased Sign Cut so I can bury this Artcut SW for good. Anyhow, does anyoen else here use signcut with this plotter? Its listed as supported but I cant seem to get it to cut properly. Part of the problem is that when I go to configure the cutter within Sign Cut, it only lists like 3 manufacturers...Roland isn't even one of them which is just plain odd. Anyway, so I tried selecting some of the other cutters but when I go to cut, it cuts the image like 10 x bigger than it is supposed to be...Does anybody know what my settings should look like? Please help before I throw my laptop across the street. I am so ridiculously frustrated right now.

BTW, I have windows XP. haven't "upgraded" to Vista yet.

Hi Roy,

Where did you obtain your version of SignCut-X2? If from the company directly, have you reached out to them about seeing only 3 plotters in your list?

Even in the Mac OS demo version I've used, there is a long list of supported plotters, including Rabbits (though they come under the name of Heng Xing).

Do you see that name in your list? Roland is definitely in the list as well. Furthermore, this link shows their supported plotters.

Please share if your list of plotters looks like the one I've attached from the demo version of SignCut.
