ok had a couple fo questions on this.

I'm printing with wilflex Silver metallic on a Black Shirt. I am using a white underbase because the design has a white outline. I am using an 85 mesh to make sure that the metal particles come through.

The problem I am having is that when i lay down the ink and lift the screen, the ink sticks to the screen and the ink ends up getting bltochy. maybe too much ink?? Is the screen too close or too far from the shirt? what is receommended?Should I use medium pressure or firm pressure to push the ink through? before I placed the ink on the screen, i just mixed it up a little with a wood stick and it seems to be really runny. is the mesh count too low? should I be using a higher mesh count? maybe 110?

Sounds like you may have your off-contact too low. Your screen isn't touching the t-shirt for just a second, it's probably too low, so when you pull ink through, it's just smashing out. Try raising your off contact a hair.
I think your mesh count is ok, any higher and you probably won't be able to push ink through.
Also, are you flashing after your white?

Not to sure how fast your pulling your ink through the design try slowing it down, also angle of your squeege make a difference too, and yes make sure you have off-contact.

every now and then mix the ink with the squeege on your screen be for flooding deisgn.
