We are having trouble lately with white ink bubbling on dark fabrics that are thick like hoodies and sweat pants. Is there any way to stop this?

Re: screen printing

Well, they print the first layer of white flash cure it then print again. When it comes out of the dryer the ink looks bubbled like the material has pilled. It doesn't look burnt just pilly.

From the sounds of it you might be curing it too long & the ink is actually boiling causing it to bubble. Post a pic if you can.

Hi,
Yeah we thought that at first also. But it's more like the heavy cotton material is just pilling up under the thick layer of ink. Don't have anything here at the present time to take a photo. I redid the art so there won't be so much ink on ink. Hoping that will help.
Thanks for your help!!!!:)
