Hi, I previously downloaded Garment Creator a couple of months ago but I am having trouble downloading the newest version from the Epson site. I try to download as per the instructions but only get these other files and not the .exe program. Any ideas. Just got my new F2000 and trying to optimize the printing.

Yes I am Harry. No .exe files are downloading when I do the download. I have windows 7 home edition if that matters.

Rob,
When I attempted the download, the process ends when "WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAVE THIS FILE" prompt appears. Click yes and its "bye, bye."

I am using WIN 10 in all it's glory.
Do you expect this software to play well with a Windows 7 operating system?

If you are having an issue with a download of the new Garment Creator you can give Epson support a call at 562-276-1305.

While the download is available from Epson in a Windows 7 version it may not be a bad idea to load it on a computer with the later Windows 8 or 10 systems.

Fixed it this morning with help from Epson. Evidently it was a problem with Internet Explorer. She had me install Google Chrome and then downloading it and it worked!
