Has anybody used the Triangle foil adhesive? I cant get the foil to transfer no matter what I try. I can transfer foil on plastisol pretty easily but the adhesive is not working for me at all. Anybody have any tips for me?

I wouldnt mind trying some of that stuff too. How much is it going to cost you? How much are you getting?

Don't know about this adhesive but if you haven't already, try printing the adhesive and just flash it (around 200 degrees F). Then take it to your heat press and try the foil.

I don't have any accurate pricing as yet, am in contact with a few suppliers, some have similar products to what i'm looking for some are getting confused with rhinestone hot fix tape.

It's very similar to the adhesive film used in embroidery to attach a patch to the garment but with this material you need to be able to cut and weed. You cut your design to the film, apply it and the back adhesive activates and fixes to garment, then you peel carrier and apply foil over, press again and foil sticks to adhesive.

I'll keep you posted on progress. Looking to take about 100m, if anyone is in UK and whats to buy in with me we can save on shipping.

I saw a video of that stuff on youtube. I wish i knew where i could get it from in the US. Thats the problem with my country. We just dont make anything here anymore.

Yeah I think pretty much most of us have seen that video, so obviously the material is out there, just need to find the right supplier/manufacturer, it's frustrating 'cos everyone keeps sayin best to use plastisol transfers but its not a viable option on low volume.
