Hey all,

I have new Epson A4 L805 UV Flatbed Printer DTG.

With acrorip 8.2.3 white.

I did test print, but problem is that the tray moves too fast.

As you see picture. The logo should be round, not oval.

It stretch the picture.

Can it be the fault of that value maxSteps and stepFactor is wrong?

Where are i can changed maxSteps and stepFactor?

Please note that the printer you have is not an Epson dtg printer made by Epson. You have a printer that was made by a 3rd party using components taken from an Epson paper printer. Your best bet for a solution is contacting the company you bought the unit from.

This subforum was set up specifically for people who own or are interested in the Epson F2100 or F2000 printers so the people looking here would probably not have any knowledge of your printer.
