While this is not affecting the general use of the press, it is a bit annoying, particularly when doing larger images. The upper platen seems to be rotated slightly to the right (counter-clockwise). Because the platen floats it can be pushed into position when needed to line up, but I'd like to adjust it so that isn't necessary. What I'm not sure is if there is an adjustment, or if the unit's arms have bent over time. Attached are some photos showing the issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Anthony

Anthony,
Did you ever receive an adequate response to this issue? I am having the same exact issue, the "technician" claims that it is "impossible" for the Top platen to become misaligned. I see that yours looks exactly like mine, like the arm has bent or something. I have the "option" of paying to ship it back to them to look at. But I think Id rather save that money and invest in a new press. This one is less than a year old, makes me question the craftsmanship, and reliability of their technicians if he claims they have never seen this issue before...

Joseph. Our technician, Anthony, has been corresponding with you. If you feel that adjusting the base does not solve the problem we will, based on the warranty, be pleased to make a repair, or replacement if necessary.
