I ordered this press and unboxed it this morning. As we went to place it, we discovered that there are wires hanging out the bottom right hand corner of the press. The wires are open-ended and are hanging about 4 inches. Has anyone else experienced this with this heat press?

Brand new. I've sent an email, but thought I'd give it a shot here on the off chance I was missing something and it's completely normal. Thanks for the reply.
