I just got my press two weeks ago and have been playing with it ever since. While I'm new to this business, it seems like things are a little "off". I knew I was taking a risk buying a press not made in the USA, but I intend to replace it as soon as I earn enough money. I just need something to get the ball rolling.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? On the LIGHTEST pressure setting, the front of the top plate is very tight against the platen. I can't even move a piece of paper between it. It's even slightly squishing the platen. The back of the top plate hovers about a half centimeter above the platen. Since I work in rhinestone decorating, I really need an even pressure. Especially when making car decals. Is there an adjustment knob I'm missing somewhere?

PLease help! I already have 3 very large order inquiries and I'd like to get things going. Thanks!

I've tried all sorts of levels of pressure. It just keeps getting tighter up front. By the time I can get the back to touch the platen, it's way too much pressure for rhinestones. The glue comes out and surrounds the stones and looks horrible!
