I don't know about Vinyl transfer, but we have 11 x 17 transfers.
11 x 17 is the same as two 8.5 x 11, but doubled. So yes they make them
Many customer transfer companies screen print them in large sheets and cut them. So you could ask a custom transfer company to make whatever size you want.

I used last night as ever 1st print on jspp paper.
The result was ok but i was wondering if that size vinyl was existing to try to see if the print would be better.
What is that transfer paper that people peel before pressing? I tried to peel my jspp but with no succes lol

Are you talking about sheets of heat press vinyl?....Material like Siser Easy Weed or Spectra Eco Film?....
There are printable vinyls but the are like a heavy sheet once they are printed and heat pressed....

Where i went yesterday getting my stand for my expert 24lx gave me a price list for what he can get. He was able to get 20" wide roll of printable vinyl and he said maybe he can get sheet also.
When i was looking on the net i never found nothing. I was wondering if it exist or not and if it does exist it is better then jpss transfer or should i stick to jpss transfer sheet?

JPSS is transfer sheets not Vinyl.
Normally you peel transfers for Dark Garments before heat pressing.
I buy JPSS for light garments, and Blue Gris for darks.

It's not Mandatory, but it looks better. If you have a cutter you can Contour cut it.
You can also add an outside color the same color as the t-shirt. Then cut close to the image without worrying about cutting the image off.

Can you explain why you're interested in vinyl in a sheet instead of the roll? It might be easier to answer you.
As with everything, there is better pricing with a larger quantity. But some places (Specialty Graphics Supply, for one) will sell you material cut down either lengthwise or widthwise.
I've only just begun pressing, but JPSS is highly regarded and is meant to be peeled off the shirt when it's hot. It might also help to gently stretch the shirt immediately after to help keep the transfer from going out of "square" because it is easy to "warp" the image because it does take a bit of effort to remove the backing.
Something like easyweed or thermoflex vinyls have a tacky plastic backing the keeps the design in tact until it's pressed. It peels off warm VERY easily.

The only reason i was looking for sheet is my printer is a workforce 1100.

JPSS is one of the better transfers I've used. If you cut around the outside of the image you won't see much of the white or cut edges.

Plastisol Transfers are Screen Printed Transfers. Mostly Custom. You have someone screen print your design on transfer paper.
