I've been hand-dyeing shirts recently, with great success as far as the color goes, but I am noticing that my transfers are coming off looking a little "soft". These shirts are organic ringspun cotton, and the dyes are fiber reactive from Dharma.
My other blanks are all standard issue cotton, and the images are sharp as a tack on them compared with the ringspun. I doubt it's the dyes. Has anybody used ringspun and gotten a not-quite-perfect image? (I'm using JPSS, btw.) Thanks for any tips
