Transferring designs from usb to disk

Hello everyone
I’m new to embroidery and purchased an old Melco 6needle 4 head machine with computer that has EDS lV extreme! I also have a Jerome home embroidery machine that uses usb my question is can I transfer the usb that are in jef to a disc to then use on the EDS? Thanks for any and all advice happy embroidering!
