What are my options here? I pressed for 4 seconds and it was stuck on there pretty good! Repressed that one spot for 3 more seconds and it didn't help. Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Customer supplied shirts. Only 11 of them so really need to try to save this one.Looks like you have a brand new dust cloth. :-( You are not going to be able to save that one. Best case Ontario is that you are able to remove the red vinyl and just replace that. Time is money though, so I would just start over on a new shirt.
I went ahead and peeled off the whole red piece. It came off fine without damaging the garment. Thank you for your suggestion! This is the first time I've ever had to peel off a piece of HTV so I was a bit worried but it ended up working out. This is why I hate printing anything customer supplied that isn't easy to source. All you can do is carefully try to peel the red off and hope the cotton isn't too rough after, peeling it off isn't easy though.
This was my original plan. Thank you so much for your suggestion!last resort:
cut vinyl with xacto knife
use as template and heatpress a new section slightly larger to cover error
apologize and offer discount for error
