Hello everybody,

I just finished showing a tee to a client and got a order for 30 shirts.
I was using the HP printer with dye inks but I switched to my epson
with the duribrite inks. The image color is great!sometimes,
but, why is yellow being left behind on the tranfer sheet?
Best Blanks paper, 350deg at 20 sec, preheated,
on some images it does effect the color .

it does not do this with the HP.:(

As an HP fan I have to tell you about a discovery...Vivera. I don't know what kinda HP you have, but it is like the tri-color #57 and they call it #57 plus. I read and have been told by HP that vivera is indeed pigment ink! It just came out this week and they are making the black one now. It's not in the stores, maybe it will be soon, but it is on their site. I posted it on another topic.

Guys Thanks for the input.

Sorry if I was not clear but...
I started printing on my HP and the color was fantastic.
But after reading the forum I started printing on the Epson
to take advantage of the Duribrite Inks
Now.. The color was good but the paper after peeling leaves some yellow
on it and the color yellow on the tee turns green WHY?

If I can get some HP 57 and it looks as good as the other HP prints I,m going with that.

Doby!

I just got the new inks ( 57 Vivera) Oh man! fantastic color on my HP 5550.

Washed it 4 times no fade no bleed no yellow left beind on my "Iron All " transfers. So now it's official HP # 57 Vivera pigment ink does not bleed.
Also did you know that HP # 56 Black has been a pigment ink too?

Oh, Fred!

I'm so happy! No I didn't know that about the black 56! It's always been pigment, or they are gonna make a 56 plus ???

I was a the store and the guy ahead of me was buying and HP and was really mad about his Epson that was jamming all he time. I told him about the ink. lol. This is such a great thing! Sooooo happy! :) I just got my samples from Coastal...I gotta say they are really nice people, and now that I think I have a handle on my machine...maybe I will be operating soon! :) I'm so glad I could help somebody else...everybody here has been so nice in helping me! :)
